Telescopic Room

　　The structure and functions of each part are as follows:

　　1. Track: light ground rail is used as telescopic moving track. Telescopic limit switches are set at specific positions of the starting end and the ending end of the track.

　　2. Mobile frame chamber: it is composed of mobile gantry structure, telescopic room support, telescopic control link, room sealing cloth, etc.

　　2.2.1 The mobile gantry structure is the telescopic traction support of the telescopic paint booth, which includes the gantry, telescopic mobile drive frame and telescopic warning light. The telescopic power device refers to the telescopic mobile frame and the drive motor, reducer, driving wheel and its transmission system installed on the telescopic frame. The mobile gantry is installed on the telescopic drive frame.

　　2.2.2 Telescopic room support: including vertical moving frame, beam and driven wheel. It is the main steel structure support system of the expansion room. It is used to transmit the stretching force along the length of the room and to support and fix the sealing cloth. The last set of supports is a fixed support, and the vertical support bases of other supports are equipped with passive rollers to support the support and reduce the movement resistance.

　　2.2.3 Telescopic control system: it is divided into left and right groups, each group is composed of upper and lower diagonal connecting rods, vertical connecting rods, connecting shaft sleeves, fastening bolts, isolation washers, etc. The intermediate connecting shaft of the diagonal connecting rod is fixed on the vertical support, and both ends are connected with adjacent diagonal connecting rods. The uppermost shaft of the upper group is connected with the vertical connecting rod, and is connected with the lower group of upper diagonal connecting rod connecting points through the vertical connecting rod. The gantry and the fixed vertical support are connected with the inclined link of the adjacent vertical movable frame through a half link. The function of the diagonal link is to evenly distribute the expansion length of the gantry to the mobile support, so as to ensure the consistency of the front and rear expansion of the whole house. The function of the vertical connecting rod is to ensure the vertical translation of the gantry and all moving supports by controlling the expansion and contraction of the upper and lower telescopic connecting rods.

　　2.2.4 High strength transparent PVC film coated flame retardant cloth is used as the sealing cloth of the telescopic spray booth.

　　2.3 The lighting system adopts industrial electronic fluorescent lamp for lighting.

　　2.4 Electric control system: the operation panel of the electric control box is equipped with emergency stop button, extension button, retraction button, stop button, lighting switch, fan switch, etc. The distribution box is used for power line access and power control of the expansion room.

　　2.5. Layout of power lines: the wiring is suspended inside the telescopic frame.
