1. The lifting platform can meet the needs of the main transformer assembly of electric locomotives, and the lifting platform is required to have three-dimensional adjustment capabilities, that is, lifting, horizontal and vertical movement. The lift table must be level in the initial position and cannot be tilted. During the lifting and moving process, the table top is not allowed to tilt, and the synchronous motor is used to make the cylinder lifting synchronization error reach ±2mm.
2. Equipped with console panel operation, the structure needs to be suitable for human standing operation, the console layout requirements are reasonable, the operation is light and flexible, in line with the operating habits, and an emergency stop switch is required to cut off the main power supply in an emergency. As a backup control method, connect a hand-held control box.
3. There are two control modes: normal movement and jog movement. The normal motion is used to quickly move the transformer close to the vehicle body, and the jog motion is used to adjust the position of the alignment mounting holes.
4. The lifting platform must have sufficient strength, rigidity and good stability. The selected mechanical and electrical components must be high-quality, mature and reliable series products; the main hydraulic components include pumps, valves, synchronous motors, oil cylinders, pipelines It is required to use imported brands, and the hydraulic system must not have any oil leakage. The seller should provide a list of main purchased parts and manufacturers.
5. The whole machine requires advanced technology, intuitive and simple operation, and easy maintenance and repair.
6. Support method: directly placed on the ground through the support column, supported by four columns. After carrying the transformer, the pressure to the ground does not exceed 70t/m2.
7. The lifting platform can be lifted by crane, and lifting lugs or lifting tooling should be installed.
8. The explosion-proof valve is used as a safety protection measure, and a mechanical safety protection device should be installed after the table is lifted to the working height.
