The pulse filter cartridge dust collector is mainly composed of the upper box, the middle box, the ash hopper, the ash unloading system, the injection system and the control system. The dust-laden flue gas enters the ash hopper from the air inlet through the lower part of the middle box; some larger dust particles fall directly into the ash hopper due to inertial collision, natural settlement, etc., and other dust particles rise with the airflow into each bag chamber. After being filtered by the filter cartridge, the dust particles are retained on the outside of the filter cartridge, and the purified gas enters the box from the inside of the filter cartridge, and then is discharged into the atmosphere through the poppet valve and the air outlet. The dust in the ash hopper is discharged regularly or continuously by the screw conveyor and the rigid impeller discharger. As the filtration process continues, the dust attached to the outside of the filter cartridge continues to increase, resulting in a gradual increase in the resistance of the bag filter itself. When the resistance reaches the preset value, the ash cleaning controller sends a signal to first close the poppet valve of a filter chamber to cut off the filtered air flow in the chamber, and then open the electromagnetic pulse valve, and the compressed air flows through the air bag, pulse sequence from the air source. The nozzle on the valve and the spray pipe sprays the filter cartridge in a very short time (seconds).

The working principle of the pulse filter cartridge dust collector:

The dust-laden gas enters the cylinder tangentially through the rectangular air inlet, and the dust is thrown to the wall under the action of centrifugal force, and runs downward with the rotating airflow. A small part of the air flow enters the ash hopper with the annular gap between the dust reflecting screen and the cone, the diameter of the lower part of the shell becomes larger, the rotating airflow slows down, the dust is trapped in the ash hopper under the action of inertia, and the gas passes through the ash hopper. The ventilation holes of the reflective screen are discharged to the exhaust pipe.

Maintenance of pulse filter cartridge dust collector:

1. When the pulse filter cartridge dust collector is being maintained, first cut off the power supply, the operator carries the key of the operation panel, and hangs the sign of "in maintenance, operation is strictly prohibited" on the operation panel.

2. For the positive pressure pulse filter cartridge dust collector that handles high temperature gas, when entering the gas distribution room to hang the filter bag in summer, the pulse filter cartridge dust collector should take measures to prevent heat stroke.

3. When the harmful and toxic gas enters the pulse filter cartridge dust collector for maintenance, to prevent possible hypoxia and harmful gas poisoning accidents, the gas in the system can be replaced with air.

4. After the maintenance is over, carefully check whether there are tools or other sundries falling into the equipment. Check whether the protective covers of the pulse filter cartridge dust collector are properly installed, and do not do it hastily.

5. When each equipment of the dust collection system of the pulse filter cartridge dust collector is opened or stopped, contact with other positions, and only after agreeing can start or stop according to the opening and parking sequence stipulated in the operating procedures.
