The airflow entering the ash hopper is then folded upward and passes through the filter bag with a metal frame inside. The dust is collected on the surface of the filter bag. When the dust-containing gas is discharged from the air outlet and the dust-containing gas is purified by the filter bag, more and more dust accumulates on the filter bag with the increase of time, which increases the resistance of the filter bag and causes the disposal air volume to gradually decrease. In order to work normally, it is necessary to control If the resistance is within a certain range (140--170 mm water column), it is necessary to stop cleaning the filter bag. When cleaning the dust, the pulse controller will trigger each control valve to open the pulse valve one by one. The tube is radiated into each corresponding filter bag, and the filter bag shrinks suddenly, so that the dust accumulated on the surface of the filter bag is scattered, and the filter bag is regenerated. The cleaned dust falls into the ash hopper and is discharged from the body through the ash discharge system.

1. 3. The maintenance and replacement of bags can be done without stopping the fan of the system, and the room can be stopped under the normal operating conditions of the system. The mouth of the filter bag adopts an elastic expansion ring, which has good sealing performance and is firm and reliable. The filter bag keel adopts polygonal shape, which reduces the friction between the bag and the keel, prolongs the life of the bag, and facilitates the unloading of the bag.
4. The upper part of the bag is drawn. After the skeleton is pulled out when changing the bag, the dirty bag is put into the ash hopper at the lower part of the box and taken out from the manhole, which improves the operating conditions of changing the bag.
5. The box body adopts air-tight design, which has good sealing performance. The inspection door uses excellent sealing materials. In the manufacturing process, kerosene is used for leakage detection, and the air leakage rate is very low.
6. The inlet and outlet air ducts are compactly arranged, and the airflow resistance is small.
